Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you promptly.
